Ingredients

  • 45 ml sesame oil (divided)
  • marinade (Tofu, recipe follows)
  • 110 grams white button mushrooms (quartered)
  • carrots (medium, julienned)
  • pak choi (baby, quartered)
  • 1/2 yellow peppers (sliced)
  • spring onions (sliced)
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml oyster sauce
  • eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 330 grams short-grain rice (cooked, recipe follows)
  • 1 pkg firm tofu (cut into 2.5cm cubes)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • 475 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250 grams white rice (short-grain)
